Terms, Conditions, and Policies

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of automatic recurring payments, also referred to as ARP or Automatic Payments ("AutoPay") for the services provided by Pallottino Productions, LLC d.b.a. Pallottino Productions and Marketing ("PPM"). By enrolling in AutoPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrollment: By enrolling in AutoPay, you authorize PPM to automatically charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis for the agreed-upon services.

2. Payment Authorization: You authorize PPM to initiate recurring charges to your designated payment method at the agreed-upon intervals (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) for the services provided.

3. Billing: PPM will provide you with advance notice of upcoming charges and billing details for each payment cycle. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

4. Changes and Cancellations: You may update your payment information or cancel your enrollment in AutoPay at any time by contacting PPM at +1.505.480.4830, or via e-mail at payments@pallo.agency. Changes made after the billing cycle cut-off date may not take effect until the following billing cycle.

5. Payment Failure: If a payment fails to process due to insufficient funds, expired payment information, or any other reason, PPM may suspend or cancel your services until payment is successfully processed.

6. Refunds: Refunds for payments made through AutoPay are subject to the Company's refund policy. Please refer to the Company's refund policy for more information.

7. Security: Company takes the security of your payment information seriously and employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, PPM is not liable for any unauthorized access to your payment information that is not directly caused by the company's negligence. PPM uses a third-party service to collect and process payments. 8. Changes to Terms: PPM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of AutoPay after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes will also be posted to this website at which point they will go into effect.

9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Sandoval County, New Mexico. Any disputes arising out of or related to AutoPay will be resolved in the courts of the city of Rio Rancho, in Sandoval county, New Mexico, USA.
